8:00 - 8:30 am - Drop off, fill out forms, meet head staff.

8:15 - 8:45 am - Children gather in lunch tent with camp counselors, play games and activities until everyone is dropped off. Divide into smaller groups.

8:45 - 9:15 am - First activity block in small groups with camp counselors.

9:15 - 9:30 am - Morning Snack (brought from home).

9:30 - 11:30 am - Second activity block in small groups and combined groups. Rotating games and stations.

11:30 - 12:30 pm - Lunch Time! (brought from home).

12:30 - 1:00 pm - Activities, games, and stories in lunch tent to allow cool/rest/digest time.

1:00 - 2:30 pm - Third activity block in small groups and combined groups. Rotating games and stations.

2:30 - 3:00 pm - Afternoon snack (brought from home).

3:00 - 4:00 pm - Fourth activity block (in lunch tent on hotter days or as needed) Cool down, debrief, get ready for end of day.

4:00 - 4:30 pm - Pick up! All children must be picked up by 4:30 pm.
